• Project details you enter (project type, scope, timing, ZIP code and city/state).
• Contact details you enter (name, phone number, email address, optional address).
• Consent evidence: the exact wording you agreed to, its version, the time you agreed, your IP address and browser user agent.
• Anonymous usage analytics (pages viewed, form starts and submissions) used to improve the site. These do not contain your contact details.

When you submit an estimate request, we may share the project and contact information with one or more participating home-service providers or lead networks that serve your area, so they can contact you about your project. We do not sell your contact details for unrelated advertising, and we do not share them with anyone when you only browse the site.

Estimate requests and their consent evidence are stored on encrypted infrastructure, accessible only to Hometriva systems and staff, and retained for as long as needed to support the request, resolve disputes and meet legal record-keeping obligations for telephone-consent evidence.

Hometriva uses first-party measurement to distinguish real visitors from automated crawlers and to understand which pages are useful. We do not use third-party advertising cookies on this site today; if that changes, this page will be updated before the change takes effect.
